Bishop of the Diocese of Arizona. will ordain Lucian Berry Taylor III to the Sacred Order of Priests in Christ's One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024 at eleven in the morning. Your Prayers and Presence are requested. Reception to follow. Location: All Saint's Episcopal Church 6300 N. Central Ave Phoenix, AZ. 85012 All are welcome to attend. No RSVP required. Christmas in July Event Today: On Sunday, July 28 after the 10 am service, join us for some fun and relaxing hours of painting and tracing Christmas stockings for the St. Mark's Food Pantry December distribution. Completed stockings are filled with breakfast bars, candy, toys, stuffed animals, coloring books, colors, and books for children.

Paint, brushes, patterns, and tracing boards will be provided, as well as snacks. We'll also have items to be assembled for gifts if art is not your passion! Sign up on the clipboard in the narthex. For more information, contact Mary Twentyman or Mary Lou Burgess.

Anglican Rosary: Today, right after our 10am service, Dave Klataske will be hosting Rosary Prayer in the small chapel room next to the Sanctuary. All are welcome.


Food Pantry:
  • Set-up days: July 8 and July 22, 7-9am
  • Distribution: July 9 and July 23, 8-10:30am
Volunteers are welcomed! God Bless everyone for supporting our mission to help the food insecure in Mesa!

Daughters of the King: The Daughters of the King are collecting supplies for the Battered Woman's Center. There is an information sheet in the Narthex.

Bible Study Groups: There are two Bible Study Groups here at St. Mark’s. One is on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 8PM via Zoom. The other is an in person group that meets at the Red Mountain Public Library on Saturday morning from 10 to 11:30AM. To join the Tuesday group, please contact Mary Lou Burgess and to join the Saturday group, please contact Carolyn Bourne. 

Spanish Service Announcement: Thank you for joining us today. This summer, we are combining our eight o'clock Spanish service and our ten o'clock English service into a single service at ten o'clock. As we make plans to launch a new Spanish service this fall, we would love to hear your thoughts and ideas about what is most important in our ministry to the Hispanic and Latina community. Please let us know how we can be a blessing to you and your family. 

CURRENT SERVICES: You can join us for services live at the following times, or watch the recording any time at your convenience:
  • ​Sunday at 10 am - English Service (in person and online)
  • Sunday, 11:30 am—Anglican Rosary in the Chapel
  • Monday, 7 pm - Anglican Rosary Prayer - Online

Altar Server and Acolyte Training: Next Saturday July 27th at 10am, there will be an Altar Server and Acolyte training in the sanctuary. If you are an Altar Server or Acolyte, please plan to attend this training, which also includes pizza for lunch!

Anglican Rosary Prayer: Starting next Sunday, July 21, Dave Klataske will host the Anglican Rosary Prayer in the chapel every Sunday following the 10 AM service. All are welcome to join.

Acolyte and Altar Server Training July 27: On Saturday, July 27 at 10 am, there will be a training for acolytes and altar servers. All of our altar servers and acolytes are needed to attend to prepare for upcoming changes to our weekly service following Rev. Lucian's ordination to Priest. We will have pizza for lunch following the training! Please see Dave Klataske or Anali Perry for more information.
