 Stations of the Cross: On Fridays during Lent, we will have Stations of the Cross at 12, Noon in the Sanctuary.
Lenten Program and Soup Suppers: Beginning Friday, February 27, there will be a Soup Supper and a Lenten Program in the Parish Hall at 5PM. This will continue every Friday during Lent. Please join us and make this part of your Lenten discipline. Church School: The Church School will be collecting peanut butter during Lent to be given to the Food Pantry. Church Directory: We will pick up with taking photos for a church directory in March in Knight Hall. If you would prefer to send a family photo to Kathy at [email protected], that is fine too, but it needs to be a high resolution JPEG. The directory will include the names of your family members, contact phone numbers, birthdays and anniversary, Arizona address, and a summer address if that applies, and email address. You will have the choice of an online directory or printed book form or both. Everyone who attends St Mark’s is invited to be a part of this directory, whether regular or part time attendance. You are a part of our St Marks family. Daughters of the King: The Daughters of the King are cleaning the pews on March 20th. Congregation participation is appreciated. Food Pantry: Set-up days: March 9th and 23rd, 7-9am Distribution: March 10th and 24th, 8-10:30am God Bless everyone for supporting our mission to help the food insecure in Mesa! The food pantry thanks you for your support. Thrift Store: The thrift store is every open Tuesday 8 to 11, Friday and Saturday 9 to 1 and Sunday mornings 9 to 9:50 ( come meet our new volunteer before church and encourage her with her service hours) and again after Church. We have clothing and shoes for the whole family, small appliances, home décor. We have small furniture and appliances, home decor, vintage books, and copies of Father Lucian‘s books for sale. So many new items each week. Cash or card welcome. Donations are accepted during open hours only. All income supports our church. Name Tags: If you want to go where everyone knows your name and do not have a name tag yet, please put your name on the list on the table in the Narthex.
