Welcome: Today we welcome The Rev. Philip Stowell as our Preacher and Celebrant.

Office Hours: The church office is now resuming our regular hours of: Tuesday and Friday, 9am to 12 Noon. 

Celebration of a New Ministry: Please join us on Saturday September 27, 2025 at 2:00pm for a worship service to celebrate the installation of the Rev. Lucian Taylor as the new Vicar of St. Mark’s. Bishop Jennifer Reddall will be the Celebrant at this service, and all are welcome! There will also be a reception immediately following this service in the Parish Hall.

Online Giving: There is now a new and easy way to donate to St. Mark’s. We now have a QR code, found on the back of the announcements, that you can scan on your smart phone. It will take you directly to our donation site. Or you can give right here online!

Sunday School is coming soon! Mark your calendars for the start of Sunday School on Sunday September 7th. Kids and parents/ grandparents can meet in their classrooms at 9am. Registration forms and calendars will be available at check-in. Kids ages Pre-K to 2nd Grade meet in Room 7 with Kathy Smith and Ebele Ubosi. Kids ages 3rd Grade and above meet in Room 2 with Judy Hossack and Jeanette Rogers. Classes end at 9:45am each Sunday. There are lots of fun things planned for the year-Halloween Party, Christmas Pageant and more. Please pass the information on to any kids that would like to join us.

Altar Server Training: On Sunday, August 31st, we will be holding a MANDITORY Altar Server Training following the 10am service. Please contact Dave Klataske for more information.

Food Pantry: Set-up days:  September 8 and 22  7-9am
Distribution:  September 9 and 23, 8-10:30am
God Bless everyone for supporting our mission to help the food insecure in Mesa! The food pantry wants to thank you for your support.

Thrift Store: Mark Downs Thrift Store is on Summer Break. During July and August, the store will be open on Sundays before church, and on Food Pantry Tuesdays, 8am to 11am. We will reopen Tuesday, September 9. Thank you to everyone for all your support.
