Image by Ted Erski from Pixabay Celebration of a New Ministry: Please join us on Saturday September 27, 2025 at 2:00pm for a worship service to celebrate the installation of the Rev. Lucian Taylor as the new Vicar of St. Mark’s. Bishop Jennifer Reddall will be the Celebrant at this service, and all are welcome! There will also be a reception immediately following this service in the Parish Hall. Christmas Stocking Project: Just a reminder: back to School sales are running Now! The Project Christmas Stocking is asking for your help. Please consider buying school supplies (especially pencils, glue sticks, crayons, colored pencils and erasers). Help us reach 400 stockings. A Red Box is located in the Narthex. If you have any questions, contact Mary Twentyman. On August 27th (Wed.) 1-3:30 p.m. St. Mark’s will be hosting a Santa’s Workshop event. Our goal is to fill 400 stockings! It should be lots of fun! There will be 10-12 stations set up. Some of the stations will include decorating stockings, jewelry, games, art kits, toys, bookmarks, and more. You can sign up for a station now or pick one on the 27th. There is a sign-up sheet in the Narthex. Food Pantry: Set-up days: August 11th and 25th, 7-9am Distribution: August 12th and 26th, 8-10:30am God Bless everyone for supporting our mission to help the food insecure in Mesa! The food pantry wants to thank you for your support. Thrift Store: Mark Downs Thrift Store is on Summer Break. During July and August, the store will be open on Sundays before church, and on Food Pantry Tuesdays, 8am to 11am. We will reopen Tuesday, September 9. Thank you to everyone for all your support.
