The food pantry wants to thank you for all the food that was given during Advent. We would like to continue collecting food. If you could give food monthly it would help our budget go further. Name Tags: St. Mark's is providing name tags for our regular attendees which are located on hanging magnetic banners across from the men's restroom in the Narthex. We encourage you to wear your name tag and get to know all your neighbors in the pews. If you don't see your name tag, please write your name on the sheet on the card table. Name tags for our church youth can be made available by request of their parents/guardians. Please return your name tag to the magnetic banners after the service. Thrift Store: Mark Downs Thrift Store is open Friday & Saturdays 9-1, the second & fourth Tuesday of the month during Food Pantry and Sunday mornings before church 8:45-9:45 and after church by request. We accept clean, new & gentle used clothing, household items & furniture during hours of operation. Volunteers are always welcome. Please contact Diane Lewis or Kathy Cheatham if you have any questions. All money raised in the thrift store goes directly back to our church. This is a heartfelt plea for help! I need assistance to continue providing receptions for funerals and memorial services for members of our congregation. We have no way of planning for these events and often they occur on short notice. I am asking for people who could be called upon as these occasions arise and I recognize that most cannot assist at every event. But this ministry will not be able to continue if I don’t get your attention and help. There are two lists in the narthex. One is for set-up, serving and cleanup. Pancake Breakfast: On Sunday, April 6 following the 10am service there will be a Free Pancake Breakfast in the Parish Hall. The Church School will be hosting and serving. There will be a “Free Will Offering” to replace the commercial mixer in the kitchen.
