Celebration of Life for Mike Moeller: On Tuesday, October 29, 2024, the St. Mark’s Food Pantry Volunteers will host a celebration honoring the life of Mike Moeller, a long-time team member of the food pantry ministry and a master all-around maintenance professional for the Church and Thrift Store. The celebration will begin following the food distribution – at approximately 11:00 am. A luncheon is planned. All are welcome. Community Outreach Project: We are collecting empty clear pill bottles, with lids. They will be used to make small sewing kits to be handed out at the Food Pantry. Items needed are: Sewing needles, thread, patches, mini scissors, buttons, etc. For more information, please contact Dave Klataske. Church School: Our Church School for children and teens meets every Sunday from 9:00am to 9:45am. You will find great sales every day and remember everything is 1/2 for parishioners and friends on Sundays as a thank you for your support. All Halloween and fall decor is now 1/2 price. We have beautiful serving pieces, glassware, decor in time for the holidays. Different sales every day. Donations are accepted and greatly appreciated on the days we are open. Halloween Party: Saturday October 26th from 3:00 to 6:00 PM in the Parish Hall and Courtyard. There will be a bounce house, games, crafts, and food available for purchase. We welcome donations of candy and prizes for the games, and cakes and treats for the cake walk. Volunteers are also needed to set up, tear down, and help with the games.
