The love of parents for their children is a constant reminder of the love of God for us. We encourage parishioners to seek out this assigned member whenever there is a suggestion, question or concern. Together in Faith: And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. Luke 1:41 The Holy Spirit is just as active today as in Elizabeth’s time! Like Mary’s cousin, we too are often filled with this spirit of generosity, excitement, hopefulness and care for others. So with our Christmas feelings of peace and goodwill… we need to transform them into specific acts of charity and concern for others. Advent reminds us that the Lord is continually coming into our world, and we are continually called to make his paths straight. Our actions of care, compassion, love and stewardship are the actions we can take to prepare the Lord’s way.
