St. Mark's Christian Education for Children
We offer a variety of programs of Christian discipleship and formation experiences for all ages at St. Mark’s.  From September to May, we have weekly Children's Sunday School meeting in their classrooms from 9:00-9:45 A.M. 

Children’s Sunday School

We have 2 Sunday school classes for our children and youth located in the classroom wing of St. Mark’s.

Preschool through 2nd grade--pre-kindergarten through 2nd grade gather for biblical storytelling and related fun activities. This class follows the ​Living The Good News program

3rd grade and up--This class explores both the Lectionary readings and current topics that are important to older kids, such as bullying, how to make friends, and exploring what it means to be a member of the Episcopal Church.

This group also currently makes up our youth group and their gathering time on Sundays serves a dual purpose of being both spiritual formation time and community building for them. They also engage in social and service activities outside of their Sunday meetings.  

Adult Bible Study and Confirmation Classes

There are three Bible Study Groups here at St. Mark’s:

• Tuesday evenings from 7 to 8PM via Zoom. To join the Tuesday group, please contact Eric Hultquist or Mary Lou Burgess.
• Saturday mornings from 10 to 11:30AM in person in the St. Mark’s Conference Room. To join the Saturday group, please contact Carolyn Bourne. 
• Father David leads a bible study after the 10 am service on the second and fourth Sunday of the month.
