Re“Mark”able News - 5 July 2026

St. Mark’s Free Community Library: To continue summertime reading the library will be open before and after services on July 5th and the 12th. Come check us out.

Charity Crafters: Daughters of the King together with Charity Crafters are requesting donations of school supplies (especially crayons and colored pencils). Many stores have bargain prices right now. These will be used for Christmas stockings in December. There is a collection box in the Narthex. 

Thrift Store: The thrift store has gone to summer hours effective today. They are open 8 to 11 every Tuesday and Sunday mornings before and after church throughout the summer. Thank you for the continued support from each of you. We have received so many great donations to the Thrift Store that we are temporarily full! We cannot accept any donations for several weeks until we get caught up. We will announce when we are ready for donations again. Thank you!

Food Pantry: Set-up days: July 13th and 27th, 7-9am. Distribution: July 14th and 28th, 8-10:30am. God Bless everyone for supporting our mission to help the food insecure in Mesa! The food pantry thanks you for your support.

2026 church directories are now available. They are available in the Narthex or Thrift store. Donations of $5.00 per book are welcome. Everyone who attends our church is important to us and if we missed you for this directory, we would encourage you to email your information to the Church at [email protected].

Also, if you noticed any errors in the directory, please forward them to [email protected] and a list will be compiled to share with everyone. Enjoy getting to know your neighbors in the pews and coffee hour.

Name Tags: If you want to go where everyone knows your name and do not have a name tag yet, please put your name on the list on the table in the Narthex. A new name tag will be available for you the following Sunday.
